Bilyana Magardichyan is not only educated in law but also a seasoned professional in the domain of intellectual and industrial property rights, including trademarks, industrial designs, and copyrights. She is registered as an industrial property representative at the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria and the European Union Office for Intellectual Property, responsible for the registration of European trademarks and designs. With her expertise spanning over two decades since 2002, she initially worked at Penkov, Markov and partners for nine years. Subsequently, she established her own practice, known as Biliana Magardichian Trademark & Law Office.
